Artist's Comments
Finally made the hat for the Basil partial suit head. I put a strip of that stuff you put into the visors of hats was put into the center of the hat to make it keep it's basic shape up while on the head. Also, the hat is secured onto the head using pins which are pretty much hidden underneath the hat.
